Lems Canvas Chukka Grip Men's

The Canvas Chukka Grip is the perfect fall shoe if you are looking for something to prevent slipping as we move into cooler and wetter weather, without sacrificing a sleek and versatile appearance.

While this shoe itself is zero drop, as of June 2024 the optional insoles have a small drop (1.5mm for the Minimal Cork insole or 3.5mm for Adventure Poly insole). You can see their breakdown of which models have which insoles here.

• Lems suggests that the insoles compress over time, so you may not notice a drop after the shoes are broken in.
• If you prefer not to use an insole that has a drop, you can wear these without any insoles, or try a zero drop insole such as our Alpaca Insoles.

• The Chukka Grip is made from a cotton canvas upper with an anti-slip, non-marking rubber sole that utilizes zig-zag grooves and grippy textures

• The Canvas Chukka Grip is completely vegan

• The Canvas Chukka Grip does not have any water-resistancy or waterproof properties

• The sole and grip is most ideal for urban environments. While the sole prevents slipping, it does not have deep enough lugs to provide support on softer, more unstable terrains and trails

• While the actual shoe itself is zero-drop, Lems updated insoles have a small drop of 1.5 mm. The insole can be removed to allow for complete zero drop

• The total stack height for the The Canvas Chukka Grip is 13 mm which compromises on ground feel and flexibility
