Lems Laguna

The Lems Laguna is a slip on shoe designed to fit women's feet, with a precise fit around the heel. With the collapsible heel you can slide them on to slip outside or wear them with the heel up for all day comfort.

We are currently offering the vegan canvas version, made with polyester twill for soft and flexible yet durable uppers.

Sizing

Lems indicates that the Laguna fits true to size.

Lems offers this model in American women's sizing only. For a higher volume fit better suited to men's feet, try the Drifter.

Fit Notes:

• We expect the canvas to soften with wear but not too stretch out very much
• Lems shoes have a triangle footprint shape
• The Laguna fits low to medium volume feet best
• The forefoot is medium wide and the heel is fitted
• You can wear without the optional insole for more room, or add a second insole if your size is too loose
• There are no laces to adjust the fit but there are small elastic areas to hold your foot securely
• Toebox shape suits a variety of feet, with the best fit to mountain and plateau shapes
• Width in the forefoot area is: centered
• We recommend going for a slightly more snug fit than usual in slip-on models for a secure fit, so you only want a smidge of extra room, such as 5mm rather than 10mm.

Ground Feel

As with most Lems, these have a mild ground feel and focus on giving you the benefits of a zero drop shoe with a wide toebox while giving you a fitting and cushioned walking experience on hard city surfaces. 

For folks new to minimal shoes or who spend a lot of time on their feet, these are a great option. The stack height (amount of material between you and the ground) and the quality of that material combine to give you a little sensory feedback and a little flexibility without overdoing it.

Care

We recommend spot cleaning only for the Laguna. A paste of laundry powder and water can help lift stains. For extra protection, you can treat these before wearing them with a water proofer to help dirt and spilled coffee roll off like rain. Reapply every so often.
