Feb 4 - Natural Movement with Alex Schenker

What is Natural Movement? Is it just a way of exercise? Is it about about fitness, the equipment you use, or is there a deeper foundation underlying it all? Find out how to improve your own movement patterns and facilitate health through exercise that nourishes the whole body. You'll get a chance to explore simple movements and techniques that can reconnect with your body's natural movement aptitudes. Reconnected with the natural movement patterns that your body was designed for makes everything you do from training, to working, to getting out of bed, to getting into your car, to playing with your kids feel surprisingly different. We will discuss how restorative movement, natural movement for fitness, and martial arts are all one in the same, sharing common principles on movement.
