He is a Shiatsu & Sotai Movement Therapist, black belt in Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu, and MovNat Natural Movement Trainer, but sees those seemingly very different practices as one in the same. His work as a therapist, instructor, and trainer aims to restore balance in the body, build functional flexibility and practical strength, and develop the full spectrum of human movement skills to whatever level each individual may need.
Carol has been teaching functional movement for over 17 years. She runs the local movement studio Alignment REScue, where she teaches private sessions, classes, monthly workshops and the bi-annual 2-day Move Your DNA workshop.
