We are excited to bring you Vivo Barefoot's updated take on a sporty-yet-sleek leather court shoe that looks as great as it feels!
Zero-drop Movement Sole offers maximum underfoot sensory feedback with style.
2.5mm base and 2mm golf ball inspired tread design delivers perfect grip and ground-feel in urban environments.
Made from renewable natural materials including naturally scarred leather from free-roaming cattle sourced from small scale farmers.
The Geo Court II is a perfect option for those times when you want to put your best foot forward: a date, a job interview, or a celebratory party. You may find yourself gravitating to them as an everyday shoe though, as they are very minimal and comfortable!
The wildhide leather uppers, when new, have a medium firmness. They bend and flex with your feet right out of the box, but do become softer over time as you wear them in. Creases will form depending on your wear pattern, but they do not become noticeable quickly.
With pinhole ventilation, you may still find these warm for summer especially in the Obsidian colourway, but it can depend on if your body runs cool or hot and other factors as well.
These stylish court style shoes are here to say that minimal shoes can look absolutely stunning!
New to Minimal?
The Geo Court II has medium-thin soles with lots of ground feel, so for those new to minimal shoes it may be more sensation than you are used to. Normally we recommend starting out with a model that has a thicker and more cushiony sole for your transition to minimal shoes. It is possible to use these as a transition shoe if you can take that process even more slowly and gradually.
Those who are already used to minimal shoes will love the way these shoes give you the sense of direct contact with the ground.
Sizing and Fit Notes
Vivo Barefoot shoes are labeled with European sizes.
We recommend buying one size larger than your regular European size: For example, if you normally take a men's 43, try a men's 44 in this model instead.
Men with quite narrow feet may prefer the fit of the women's sizing for this model.
Please let us know if you have any sizing questions or feedback on the Vivo Geo Court II.
In terms of fit, the Geo Court works well for many shapes of feet. The shape of their footprint is wider in the toe box and tapers towards the heel, similar to Lems models. They can accommodate low, medium, and somewhat high arches. The uppers slope down from the ankle to the toes, so folks whose toes are taller in height may find the top of their foot brushes against the uppers. Some find this aspect of the fit to feel very secure and encouraging to agility.
Leather is very easy to take care of and durable, and so are the soles on this model. You can easily wipe off dirt from any area of the Geo Court with a damp cloth.
Leather lasts even longer and looks even better as it ages when you take care of it. If your leather shoes show signs of drying out, use a leather conditioning product on them. You can obtain leather care products from shoe care and repair shops, tack shops, and sometimes from your local hardware or pharmacy, or just order online.
Look for a colourless conditioning option (not black polish) especially if you have the Limestone colourway.
Remove road salt as soon as you can to avoid damage to any leather footwear in winter. Use a half vinegar and half water solution on a cloth to gently wipe off the salt, then apply leather conditioner.
