Movement Partner Video Mini-Series: Kimchan Ramrattan

Barefoot shoes are such a fantastic tool for working on restoring foot function, but they're not the whole picture.

We met with our Movement Partner Kimchan to talk about the variety of ways you can work on improving foot strength, mobility, alignment, flexibility, stability... All the good stuff.

To start off we'll let Kimchan introduce himself here, and over the next few weeks we'll be adding videos on movement accessories we sell like Correct Toes, Foam Half Domes, with Kimchan demonstrating how he uses them.

As so often happens with our Movement Partners, Kimchan goes above and beyond, not just illustrating the obvious uses but going into manual manipulations, stretches, and exercises for you to follow along with and incorporate into your practice for functional fitness.

Keep in mind that Kimchan's advice and experience comes from his personal perspective as a trainer and barefoot shoes fan, so it may not apply to everyone. Kimchan shares our interest in engaging with other physical health enthusiasts to strengthen community bonds and do some good. His upcoming event, Power Hour, will raise funds for Trails Youth Initiatives.
