BUNION WORKSHOP

Newsletter Subscriber Exclusive: Free Online Event

Bunions are one of the most common concerns when it comes to our feet. In this workshop, you will learn how many people inadvertently contribute to the formation of bunions and how you can avoid that.

Carol Robbins of Alignment REScue will cover what to do if you are experiencing bunions, if you are looking to try a less invasive approach in order to avoid bunion surgery, and what to do to keep bunions from coming back after surgery!

You'll experience:

  • This workshop will take the form of a lecture followed by a movement session to learn a few exercises, with a Q&A at the end
  • An introduction to the anatomy of the foot to empower you with precise language
  • An introduction to what qualifies a mild and severe bunion, and what factors contribute to bunion development
  • Learning how much mobility you currently have in the area, and how to support your feet during daily activities and during exercise time
  • Exercises you can follow along with that can target the area, helping to restore functionality to bunion areas and slow the development of bunions
  • Lifestyle recommendations such as what to look for in shoes if you have or want to avoid bunions

This is an online workshop via Zoom. A link to register on Carol's website will be available through our August and September newsletters.
