Return and Exchange Policies

Timeframe:

As shipping times are highly variable around the globe, we do not have a specific time limit on returns or exchanges, though we do ask that you contact us in a reasonable time frame.

 

Eligibility:

The following are eligible for return or exchange when in resalable condition:

  • Closed toe footwear that has only been tried on indoors with socks
  • Sandals that have only been tried on indoors
  • Movement accessories that can be sanitized such as unmodified Correct Toes
  • Any of the above that was purchased on sale but not final sale

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • All socks
  • No-name toe spreaders
  • Any items marked “clearance, final sale” or similar clear language

In Person Returns:

Please include a note with your name, contact info, order number, and whether you’d like to exchange or get a refund. If you prefer exchange, please let us know what you’d like instead. Please include the original packaging.


Drop off your return at the door during our Pickup Hours, or book an appointment to come in and try on alternatives at the same time.


Returns By Mail:

Please include a note with your name, contact info, order number, and whether you’d like to exchange or get a refund. If you prefer exchange, please let us know what you’d like instead. We're happy to advise you on sizing if that is a concern.


When preparing your return for shipping, please pack it back up in the original packaging and then put that in a shipping envelope or similar. You can repurpose a plastic bag or recycle wrapping paper to avoid purchasing a mailing envelope if desired, but we ask that you not apply tape, postage, etc to the original packaging.


We will split the shipping cost of exchanges with you: we ask you to be responsible for getting your return back to us, and we will cover sending you the new item. If you request a refund, we do not refund shipping costs on either end.
