Return and Exchange Policies

Timeframe:

There is no set time limit on returns, we just ask that you initiate your return in a reasonable time frame. Within two months would be great, for example.


What can be returned:

You can return these for a refund, store credit, or size exchange:

  • Shoes, boots, and sandals: in brand new condition, including only tried on indoors

  • Correct Toes in any condition: up to 30 days from date of purchase

  • Correct toes unmodified and in new condition: no time limit

  • Any of the above that was purchased on sale but not final sale


What is Final Sale:

These items cannot be returned for any reason (no refunds, no exchanges, no store credit), however if something is wrong you may have warranty coverage.

  • All socks

  • Any items marked clearance, final sale, or similar clear language


In Person Returns:

Bring your return back to CEM in the original packaging.

Let us know whether you want to do an exchange or refund; we can hold on to your return while you shop.

To locate the correct order we will ask you for the order number, or your name or email.


How to Return by Mail:

*Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.* This helps us keep our prices lower, so you only pay for returns when you make a return.

  1. Log in to your customer account on our website.

  2. Go to your orders and select the order you want to make a return on.

  3. Request a return on the item or items you want to return.

  4. We will email you when your return request is approved with instructions on how to return it.


When Your Return Parcel Arrives at CEM:

We try to process returns within 2 days of arrival. We will verify that the returned item and its original packaging are in new condition.

If we cannot process your return (such as if the size you need to exchange for is sold out) we will contact you with options so you can choose how you want to proceed.

If you have requested a refund, it can take a few days to show up in your account.
