This contest is only open to Canadian residents (excluding Québec) and is governed by Canadian law and the laws of the Province of Ontario.

No purchase necessary. See below for full contest details. Participation in this contest constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of, and agreement to be legally bound by, these contest rules (the “contest rules”).

Contest Period

1. The Contest begins on Friday, June 19, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time and ends on July 15th, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (The “Contest Period”).

Eligibility

2. The Contest is open to all residents of Canada (excluding Québec) who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry, except employees of Cool East Market (the “Sponsor”) and those who live within the same household as any said employees of the Sponsor.

How to Enter

3. No purchase necessary. To participate in this Contest you must:

1. Have a valid email address; and

2. Have submitted a response to the Survey "CEM Survey: Fall Winter 26 New Model Alerts" at the end of the Contest Period

4. All survey responders who have entered a valid email address while filling out the survey will be automatically entered. If you would like to opt out of the contest but still submit a survey response, you may send an email specifying this to info@cooleastmarket.com before the end of the Contest Period.

Draw and Winner Selection

5. On July 15th 2026 in Toronto, Ontario, at approximately 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time one (1) eligible entrant will be selected by random draw from all entrants eligible by the end of the Contest Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entrants at such a time.

6. Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant will be contacted by email and notified that they are eligible to win. The selected entrant must reply by email within seven (7) calendar days of notification and will then be required to sign and return within seven (7) calendar days of notification a declaration of eligibility and a liability/publicity release, which:

1. confirms compliance with the contest rules; and

2. releases the Sponsor and its employees, affiliated agents, and any other representatives from any liability in connection with the Contest, the entrant’s participation therein and/or the awarding and use or misuse of the prize or any portion thereof.

7. If a selected entrant: (i) cannot be contacted by email within seven (7) calendar days of selection or there is a return of any prior notification as undeliverable; or (ii) fails to return the contest documents within the specified time, then the entrant will be disqualified and will forfeit the prize, and the Sponsor will reserve the right to select an alternate entrant from among the remaining eligible entries.

Prizes

8. There will be one (1) prize available to be won, consisting of either:

1. a $100 (CAD) digital gift card to Cool East Market; or

2. up to $100 (CAD) in merchandise from Cool East Market, the contents of which will be as determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor but not exceeding $100 (CAD) in value

Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable or convertible to cash. No substitutions shall be made except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize or a prize component with one of equal or greater value, including without limitation, but solely in the Sponsor’s discretion, a cash award. Prizes will only be awarded to the owner of the email address as specified above.

General

9. By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees to abide by these Contest Rules. This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws. Void where prohibited by law. The decisions of the Sponsor with respect to all aspects of this Contest are final and binding on all entrants without right of appeal.

10. The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, withdraw, or amend this Contest in any way, without prior notice or obligation, in the event of an error, technical problem, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor that interferes with the proper conduct of this Contest as specified in these Contest Rules. If any attempt is made to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest in violation of any criminal or civil law, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the full extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.

11. Without limitation, the Sponsor will not be liable for any technical failure during the Contest, including but not limited to failure of the email provider or domain host of Cool East Market, or problems relating to other computer systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, or software; for the failure of any entrant to receive notification from the Sponsor for any reason including but not limited to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or spam filters or other failures of email delivery systems; or any combination of the above. Furthermore, the Sponsor will not be liable for any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Contest.

12. In the event of a dispute, the entrant shall be deemed to be the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” shall be defined as the person who is assigned an email address by an internet provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. If the identity of an online entrant is disputed, the authorized account holder associated with the email account at the time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant. A selected entrant may be required to provide proof that they are the authorized account holder of said email address. The sole determinant of the time for the purposes of a valid entry in this Contest will be the local time on the device used to administer the Contest as determined by Cool East Market at its physical location in Toronto, Ontario.
