Most customers take their regular size.

Ahinsa uses unisex European sizing: there is no men’s or women’s 41, just an everybody 41. The width and volume scale with length, so women may find sizes 43 and higher to fit roomier than usual.

As a transition shoe:

Due to the high groundfeel and high flexibility, those new to barefoot would want to transition carefully and gradually with this model. You might start out only wearing them for short periods of time with lower impact activities.

When dirty, just wipe with a damp cloth. If wet, remove insoles and allow to air dry at room temperature, do not dry or store on a radiator as too much heat can reactivate the glues.
