Barebarics uses unisex European sizing. Some of their models are wider than others. See the fit notes for specifics.

Fit Notes

• Does it stretch out: This model stretches out a little, less than half a size
• Footprint shape: Triangle
• Toebox shape: Sloping, Mountain
• Overall volume: Average volume, High volume
• Fit adjustability: The fit can be adjusted over the forefoot and midfoot, and around the heel.
• Forefoot width: Average width
• Forefoot width location: Centered width

Groundfeel: Medium sensory feedback - you will have a comfortable experience with a mixture of cushioning and groundfeel

Sole flexibility: Bends and twists with some effort. These shoes have a firm sole that bends less than most barefoot shoes.

As a transition shoe: Due to the medium groundfeel and flexibility, these shoes are great for most people to transition with. While it’s still important to pay attention to your body’s limits, these shoes may require less changes to your routine if you’re new to barefoot.

Clean leather shoes with a soft brush or damp cloth, then dry and apply an appropriate lotion or cream for protection and shine. Rubber parts can be cleaned with a damp cloth and mild detergent. For shoes with a water-resistant membrane, remove dirt with lukewarm water and a sponge, let them dry, and apply a membrane-safe waterproofing spray such as Collonil. Keep in mind that no shoe is fully waterproof over long periods—only plastic or rubber footwear offers complete protection. Always let your shoes dry thoroughly after use, removing the insoles to prevent moisture buildup.
