Be Lenka uses unisex EU sizing. Women and men with the same foot length would wear the same shoe size in this brand. Therefor they are considered extra wide for women and regular width for men (same with volume).

Fit Notes:

• Nubuck leather stretches and moulds to the shape of your foot
• Triangular or almost bean-shaped footprint shape
• Average to high volume fit (see above note on unisex sizing)
• Average to extra wide width model (see above note on unisex sizing)
• Laces help adjust the fit at high-midfoot and low-ankle
• Plateau/sloping toebox shape
• Forefoot width is not centered- there is extra room on the big toe side

The Synergy Fleece has high groundfeel and flexibility.

The nubuck leather starts off soft and will break in to become even more mobile- all enabled by a thin and flexible sole.

Compared to similar conventional shoes, these will feel very barefoot, however they are not quite as barefoot feeling as some of our athletic shoes. They are one of our most barefoot feeling cold weather options.

If you are new to barefoot or minimal shoes and used to a lot of cushioning and support, this will be a big change so take it slow and easy with brief walks to get used to zero drop and tons of sensory feedback from the ground.

Use high quality nubuck care on the Synergy Fleece. Leather is a durable material if well maintained. Keep leather away from heat sources and allow to fully dry if they get wet.
