Most customers take their regular size, if you’re between sizes take your smaller size.

El Naturalista uses unisex European sizing. There is no men’s or women’s 41, just an everybody 41. The width and volume scale with length.

The forefoot of the Nomada Lace-up Boot is average volume but suits lower volume feet as well. The mid foot and heel/ankle areas will suit wider heels and taller arches/ankles as well in that area.

Design Impact: If the fit over the forefoot gives you just enough room there, you may need to wait until your boots are broken in to get the full potential of their flexibility.

As a transition shoe: Due to the medium groundfeel and flexibility, these shoes are great for most people to transition with. While it’s still important to pay attention to your body’s limits, these shoes may require less changes to your routine if you’re new to barefoot.

The uppers are leather. Brush off loose dirt and dried mud. Use a damp cloth to wipe the leather then the soles clean. Air dry, then use your preferred leather conditioner. Leather should be stored away from heat sources.

With their soft rubber soles that provide a mix between comfort and sensory feedback, these are a fantastic boot for those new to barefoot.

Wear them as your everyday fall and spring boots, and add a warm wool sock for the chillier days. While not waterproof, it has some natural resistance from the leather, especially if you maintain them regularly.
