Lems uses unisex American sizing, with both a men’s and women’s size on most of their shoes. That means there is only one width option for each length option.

This model provides very little ground feel, and they are very cushiony. 

As a transition shoe: Due to the medium groundfeel and flexibility, these shoes are great for most people to transition with. While it’s still important to pay attention to your body’s limits, these shoes may require less changes to your routine if you’re new to barefoot.

Part of the upper is weatherproofed leather. You can use your favourite leather care products to clean and condition your boots.  Leather should be stored away from heat sources. Apply waterproofing treatment for leather regularly to maintain weather resistance - Lems suggest Nikwax waterproofing spray. Once a season, or more often in winter.
