Sizing
Some customers may go a size down in these, some may get their regular size. Here is a size chart of the internal dimensions (also available in the product images where you can zoom in).
Shapen uses European women’s sizing.

Ground Feel
Shapen’s Divine boots are great for that next-to-barefoot feeling. With very thin and flexible soles, you’ll get physical feedback through the soles of your feet about your terrain and how you’re navigating it. The flexibility of the materials allows you to move your feet in a great variety of movements.
Those with lower volume feet who like a bit more cushion may want to add a thicker insole to use up some of the volume and avoid slippage.
We recommend the Divine for folks who want to feel as close to barefoot as possible, usually those with some experience wearing minimal shoes. For those just starting out with barefoot shoes, start gradually and research how to transition to minimal shoes to avoid injury.
Care
Brush off any dried dirt and debris with a soft brush or dry cloth. Wipe with a damp cloth to clean anything still left.
Apply leather conditioner once a month during heavy use, or as needed. This will keep the leather soft, supple, and shiny, plus extend the life of the boots.
Do not store leather in direct sunlight. Do not store leather next to heat sources. Keep in a cool, dry place like in their box in a closet during their off season.
Best Uses
Great for work and play, casual or dressy occasions. The Divine pairs well with a bootcut jean or tights and a dress, but their simple elegance is so versatile.
Where they shine is on urban terrain like sidewalks and indoors, for walking and socialising. They are not designed for athletic or rugged use. That said, if most of your schedule calls for stylish walking shoes rather than gym shoes or hiking boots, it makes sense to invest in a pair you can look and feel great in!
