Shapen uses gendered European sizing, based on the length and width of the foot.
The Lily 3.0 is designed to fit true to size.
Since part of the upper is made from leather, the Lily 3.0 is expected to stretch over time.
This model counts with an adjustable front strap for a better fit in the ankle zone.

The fit around the ankle can be adjusted slightly with the strap and fastening. It is possible to take them to a shoe repair to add a hole on the strap in a custom position.

The Lily 3.0 provides lots of sensation through the sole, and feels very close to the ground.
If you are new to minimal shoes and used to thick, stiff soles, you may prefer starting off with a more forgiving model.
