The Orchid is available in European sizing. While Shapen makes the Orchid in regular barefoot width and extra wide styles, we have decided only to carry the regular barefoot width version to start.

As a transition shoe: While these shoes are not ideal for most people’s transition to barefoot shoes, as they are very thin-soled, many customers find them comfortable for special events like a dinner, wedding, or gala where physical demands on your feet are low.

You can spray the Orchid with a suede protector to help any dirt or water slide right off, to ensure the Orchid looks as amazing as it feels for the long run.

For weddings, birthdays, date night, the office, or walking to your neighbourhood cafe to meet a friend, you’ll be wearing the Orchid when you want to look and feel your best.

They are probably not the option you want to reach for when you’re going for a long walk, or if you work on your feet all day. They are designed primarily for casual wear.
