Bohempia uses unisex European sizing. The Lumi only comes in their “regular width” and not their “wide width” so far.

As a transition shoe: Due to the high groundfeel and high flexibility, those new to barefoot would want to transition quite carefully and gradually with this model. You might start out only wearing them for short periods of time with lower impact activities.

Before the first wear, we recommend a thorough application of protective spray and repeating regularly. Waterproofing helps protect the surface against moisture and dirt, preserves the color, and prolongs the lifespan of your shoes.  Clean gently with a soft brush or damp cloth. Always let your shoes dry naturally, away from direct heat sources. Do not machine wash.

Designed for casual use in urban environments like sidewalks, office, public transit, driving, going out, or paved trails. We don’t recommend the Lumi for athletic use or rugged trails. For best results use a waterproofing spray once a month to maintain water resistance in the rain and snow.
