There are as many possible answers as there are things you’ll do in the HFS.

The HFS is the Goldilocks of the Xero Shoes athletic models. It has more ground-feel than the Prio, and is more cushiony and forgiving than the Speed Force. We generally recommend a very forgiving shoe for your transition to minimal shoes but many of our customers prefer the sleek look of the HFS and find them suitable for their transition.

Fit Guide: The HFS fits slightly smaller than the Prio. Go half a size up from your "standard size" or a full size up for the roomiest fit. They do not stretch out at all.
