Customer Service Associate (Part-Time, 2 Days/Week)

We’re looking for a friendly, proactive Customer Service Associate to support our retail space 2 days per week. If you enjoy connecting with people, creating welcoming experiences, and learning about products that genuinely improve lives, this role might be perfect for you.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and provide thoughtful, personalized support

• Help people find the right footwear and answer questions about fit, features, and benefits

• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting retail environment

• Process sales, exchanges, and returns accurately

• Contribute to small daily operational tasks (restocking, merchandising, tidying)

• Support special events, product launches, or workshops as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in retail or the service industry 

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

• Enthusiasm for learning — especially about barefoot and minimalist footwear

• Reliable, self-directed, and able to take initiative

• Ability to lift and move boxes of shoes (typically up to 20–30 lbs)

Nice to Have

• Interest in natural movement, running, or barefoot shoes

• Experience with POS systems

• Availability for occasional additional shifts during busy periods

Schedule & Compensation

• Part-time: approximately 2 days per week

• Flexible scheduling options (weekdays or weekends depending on your availability)

• Most likely schedule is Tuesdays and Thursdays 11-6 to start

• Competitive hourly wage, plus employee discount on footwear

• Benefits option available but not required

Starting December 2025 or January 2026, long term. Most of our part time employees become full time eventually if desired.
