Shapen uses unisex EU sizing. The size range offered for the Ivy is more commonly worn by women.

Ground Feel
The Ivy has high groundfeel and flexibility.
The Ivy has a thin outsole (3.5 mm + 2 mm tread) to provide a real barefoot style experience. They are flexible in all directions and very lightweight.
If you are new to barefoot or minimal shoes and used to a lot of cushioning and support, the Ivy will be a big change so take it very slow and easy with brief walks to get used to zero drop and tons of sensory feedback from the ground.
Care
Use high quality leather care on the Shapen Ivy. Leather is a durable material if well maintained. Keep leather away from heat sources and allow to fully dry if they get wet.
